Mercure Muenchen City Center Hotel

As a group of friends, we loved the spacious and comfortable superior room, with complimentary snacks and drinks in the mini bar. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the Gin Bar downstairs was a highlight. The central location was perfect for exploring the city.

The hotel had a great location, just a short walk from the main train station and close to lots of restaurants and shops. It was really convenient for exploring the city. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. It was nice to come back to a cool room after a long day of exploring. the staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any questions or requests we had.

There were a few issues with cleanliness in the hotel. the bar area didn't seem very hygienic, and there were stains on the tea spoons in our room.

The staff was brilliant, the hotel was clean and placed in an old part of the city adjacent to the Hauptbahnhof, the city center, train station. The location was unbeatable - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go.

The hotel is conveniently located near the red light area, close to the train station and the city center. The rooms are tastefully decorated and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast offers a variety of options and there is a great Italian restaurant nearby. The hotel has a cool loft room on the top floor that provides a spacious and unique experience.

The hotel lacks a comfortable lounge area with sofas for guests to relax and have a drink in the evening.

The room was spacious and perfect for a family with kids. The bathroom was also big and well-equipped. There were three available parkings nearby for a convenient fee. The location was excellent, just a few steps from the main train station and surrounded by restaurants. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. Additionally, the hotel's location was great, just a short walk to the main areas of the city.

One drawback of the hotel was the parking situation. the parking spaces were tight and located directly underneath the hotel, although guests did receive a 10% discount.

However, the area surrounding the hotel was a bit sketchy with many questionable characters hanging out on the street. Despite this, the service provided by the front desk staff was splendid and they were always ready to help. The breakfast was sumptuous, with many varieties to choose from.

The bathroom was quite small and cramped, making it difficult to move around.
